Class & Event Terms and Conditions

• Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
• Classes are non refundable once booked, and must be taken consecutive weeks. One trial period per child.
• Itsy Bitsy Dance or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
• You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
• We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances or if you change your mind.
• If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, Itsy Bitsy Dance will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded

Role Play Terms and Conditions

• We have a no shoe, food & drinks policy in our role play and soft play areas. Socks must be worn.
• Please report any injuries or accidents to a staff member.
• The role play is designed for children (0 – 5 years).
• To ensure everyone has a safe time playing at Itsy Bitsyccino, running, chasing and crashing games are not allowed.
• Persons causing wilful damage to the toys and play centre facilities will have to pay for any damage caused.
• Itsy Bitsyccino does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children. All children must be supervised by a responsible adult/guardian at all times. Parents/carers are responsible for the behaviour and well-being of the child in their care.
• Any aggressive behaviour, language or rough play will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave and not be refunded.
